Setelah banyak baca dan belajar dari para senior diFS, diet bkn hanya perkara turun BB, tp jg menjadi bugar dan singset. BB agak naik tapi prosentase fat turun dan muscle naik itu juga prestasi luar biasa. Alhamdulillah.... Thank you teman2!!
