Day 3 mung bean sprouts. All these started from about a 1/4 cup of seeds and 2- 5" square trays. The sprouter seems really small, but should be plenty for one person.

Like curly tails I was imagining a jigsaw puzzle of them with longer sprouts and how tough that would be.

Thank you Eidetiker I bet with your darkened house you could grow lots dif sprouts. And you are a true mate to live in a darkened house to keep your husband sane n headache free. I would be camped out in sunroom when not napping.
