Week3/Day2 of C25K is complete. It was too cold to jog outside so I did treadmill inside, felt like torture cos u can see minutes and constantly look at it "is it over yet?". Better outside!
Y can't I not eat after dinner?? It's always something, damn popcorn lat nite gave me pound back :( Blah..
