I’m unsure which weight measure to log this morning. I got a new smart scale yesterday so I could also track my basal metabolic rate (the Eufy C1 smart scale). But after calibrating both the new and old one (FitBit Aria), there is a 0.5kg difference between the two, even though they are side-by-side on a level tiled floor. I was expecting some variation between the two, but that seems a bit much. Any suggestions on which one is likely more accurate?

Hi Sheawyn 🙋🏾♀️ I also received my new smart scale and it had me 100g up from the old one. I logged it and started using the new one for purposes of consistency. The smart scale has so many benefits that I definitely think you should continue with it - so I would suggest log the new weight and don’t go back to the old scale (unless absolutely necessary). Enjoy 😁

Good to know, thanks Thilesha! I’ll be honest, I want to believe the new smart scale because it is telling me what I want to hear! Will see what tomorrow says, if it is a ‘real’ difference or not, but do want to use the smart scale going forward.
