Oh yes, we’re not used to roast dinners now so we all found the portion size too big! But it is fast and healthy and has the comfort food factor!

How do you organise your fast days?

Selina, I do two fast days of 800 cals, on Monday and Wednesday. I also work out on these days as it is better when there’s something in the tank from the day before. Fast days are high protein low carb. Typically I will have a light breakfast after working out, usually greek yoghurt or kefir with chia seeds and a bit of fruit. 100 cals or so. Lunch is usually lean protein and salad or eggs. Under 300 cals. Leaving 400 cals for dinner, usually lean protein and veg (tonight is stir fry but I eat a lot of frozen green beans). That’s it. I never feel hungry on a fast day. No snacks no cals in drinks. Lots of water.

Thanks Janus for that. I occasionally do a morning fast once a week, usually a Friday, first meal at 12.30 but don't necessarily lower calorie intake alot maybe 200 cals left. And I work out 3-4times a week in the evenings generally usually after dinner which is light. I might give this a go tho. Struggling with that last little bit of baby pinch and thinking a carb drop and fast could be the key.🤗
