Well I got through yesterday's birthday celebration I had 1 glass of wine ok maybe 1.5 but no cake and no ice cream my downfall is ice cream I did not even eat my whole steak I was too full. Yeah girl good choices! Now onto getting more exercise.

Thats ok thank you anyways it was my daughter's birthday but I was helping her make her cake actually I let her and her friend make it. They thought it was a lot of fun. I just did not want the temptation to eat cake batter and frosting. I just supervised in case they had questions. My husband's birthday is Tuesday and son's is coming up next week so it is a difficult time for diets. I must say though by tracking what I eat it really helps and I realize there really aren't too many off limit foods it is just slow down and ask yourself do you really want this? and if yes is the answer eat a little and savor it. So far it is working. I will weigh in again tomorrow or Wed and see if I a still loosing. Thanks for all the support.
