I forgot to weigh myself yesterday!

I've only been eating one meal a day. Not really bothering about what I am eating. I had a large pizza and spaghetti yesterday afternoon and still dropped weight. The advantages of eating one meal a day.
78.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
