4 th day of diet going fine. i can hear my stomache growling after 2 hours of eating ( good or bad . it is just hard to concentrate in class with my stomache i need to remind myself to bring snacks with me. 3rd day of krunchers i think 50 will diffently hurt today sore from yesterday but it will be neat to see the results in the future.
