Weeeeellllll.....Last night was the first time in the gym...ever!
I gotta say I freaking loved it, it sucked and it was hard work but I gotta say I loved the burn. I love that my muscles are sore from my workout and that I'm just melting the calories away. I'm gonna go every morning right when I wake up then drink a recovery shake afterwards, I'm thinking every other day will be a tough sweat workout then the rest of the days will be just a nice workout to get my HR up. Love the gym, can't wait to go tomorrow morning and burn off some fat <3

Cool. Be warned that exercising can be addictive. The good kind. Glad you like it. Don't forget to take your measurements so you can see the progress even when the scale doesn't budge.
