Finally, after being home from Las Vegas I'm starting to see the extra weight I gained from traveling start to disappear. The scale was generous to me this morning and for that I am grateful. So much so that I wrote on my yellow pad "Thank You" for the 1/2 pound that I lost since yesterday. Speaking of "Thank You's" has anyone read Rhonda Byrne's "The Magic?" I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has and might like to do the 28-day program listed in that book. Have a grateful day and thanks to everyone for supporting me in my quest.
