Leftover lunch: defrosted Moroccan vegetable stew and a bit of leftover coleslaw. Not too shoddy.

Thank you! I always feel so much more excited by a colourful meal, even just a brightening of herbs, but this really was a mish mash of all the colours!

The plates! We have about a hundred of them (not joking). My husband’s grandfather bought a job lot from a fancy hotel that was closing down and he inherited them, along with tureens, huge serving platters etc. For a while they lived in a box in the cellar, but we’ve decided that’s ridiculous so we just use them now.
