Beachside concert tonight - over indulged with beer/mixed nuts! But had a good exercise day. Am appalled at how the calories mount up so easily when I "lapse"...resolutions, resolutions!! But my, the sunset was gorgeous, the music irresistibly danceable, and the night so starry. Heading to bed, pretty much happy!
