oh man ...bad week for me ...cannot stop eating in the evenings..feeling fed up with lockdown..bored ....

I had to change my full routine, now up at 6am and aim to be in bed at 9.30, asleep for 10.30pm,,still full from dinner and upstairs b4 I raid the cupboards, also get few things done b4 my wee yin gets up and home school starts ♥️

yeah I'd agree with booty. When I find myself going back to the kitchen I just go bed, it's the late night lull. Try changing your routine, go for filling healthy snacks like a whole mango and most of us fill up on water. Been working since I realised my fall off the wagon pattern.
