Up, down, up, down, up, down....when is this scale yo yo going to end, even when I am doing the right things. Yesterday was a "good" scale day, today a bad one, and I have to say it effects my weight loss psyche.

Hang in there. These plateaus eventually pass - they're very frustrating though.
