I have a question I love the taste of raw tuna but I am afraid to buy tuna without cooking it how do I know when it's okay to eat raw tuna is there a certain brand?

We live in hawaii so most of the fish at the markets are really fresh. Fish should be eaten within 2-3 days at the most, so maybe check the package date at the store when you buy it. The fish should be red in color after a few days the blood (redness) drains from the fish leaving it a dull brown. When it loses the red color it’s not fresh anymore. Plus if there’s a fishy smell it’s not good either.
