Well the problem with a day off is that it kinda carries over.. didn't do so well today but I woke up late and then it kinda was all crazy. I need to do some better pre-planning to up my Protien and get away from the sugars again. It seems like when you eliminate the sugars they are easy to stay away from but once they sneak back into what you are eating on a daily basis it's hard to cut them again. My goal for tomorrow is that my only sweets will be my animal crackers.... gotta get back on track :0)
