Caloric intake a little on the high side as we dined at friends' tonight. Sure was good & I didn't take seconds. Also tried to keep the portions down (had Chinese). Two glasses of wine - a no no but also 2 glasses of water. Got in some exercise at the gym today. Am sure I can do better. It was a beautiful sunny day. Saw videos of myself dancing & am disappointed with how I look. Do want to be slimmer as I'll have more energy...
