Im finally feeling better and getting back on track. I'm taking a different approach to my diet. I'm doing the atkins diet with my own twist. I still believe you need some carbs for natural energy etc. So I will still eat some fruits and a lot of Veggies. I do a protien shake for breakfast and one at lunch. Doing my diet this way makes me feel like I actually ate something and I'm not starving for something more. We shall see what the results are in a week or so.
