Weight: have not weighed in yet. Busy morning meeting friends for our weekly Sunday Breakfast out. There are six of us that meet every Sunday morning.
Diet: Pasta night went well actually. I ordered a chicken pasta dish and left most of the pasta behind. I picked out the good stuff, the chiccken, artichokes, mushrooms and what little pasta came with digging for the good stuff. We did have wine and I thoroughly enjoyed 2 and a half glasses. Hubby has leftover's for his supper tonight and I will probably have soup from the freezer or tuna from the pantry.
My Dear FS Buddies: Thank you all so much for your continued encouragment. I know some of you threw my own words of advice back at me and I smiled at that and realized how wonderful you all really are. The group support here is so much more important that some of you realize. I appreciate you all so much. Im going to keep plugging away at my diet and exercise. What other option do I have. I refuse to gain any weight back. It will happen, I will lose weight (I hope) and at the very least.. I will NOT Gain anything back. Im making a promise to my FS buddies and myself that I will not gain anything back. My doc told me that is very important. If I can keep from gaining anything back I will be more encouraged to continue trying hard to lose.
BF's Bulemia: I do know that my BF's method of controling her food intake by throwing up is bad. I also know that right about one month before we leave for Mexico with them she starts this up more seriously. She has been coughing and has a sore throat (I know it's from the bulemia).. but she says her doctor said she has a virual infection and she has meds for it (we don't believe her). It is a cover up for her coughing. He husband knows that she throws up after eating and he does not even realize that it is not right. She has told him that if you "over-eat" and are uncomfortable to just throw up and you will feel better, so occassionally after a buffet meal he will follow her advice and tells us that he does feel better when he gets rid of that "over-full" feeling. He advised my hubby and I to do the same but we told him we prefer not to eat to the point of discomfort. BF is not the type of person that I could confront over this, believe me on this. So I just let it go, it's her life.
