I Really had a bad weekend, only exercised once and I feel like i cheated myself this weekend, It doesn't help when your whole family is home and eating all the time and i didn't want anyone to see me do my kick boxing video because they would make fun of me.. Lol Anyways I will Do better this week and try my best to keep it up on the weekends!

i get the same way with work out videos lol. dont want anyone to see me do it. thats when you take it to your room. right before bed. oooor improvise and ask everyone if they want to go for a brisk walk. im sure your family is supportive of your journey and wouldnt mind helping :)
