Resep selai nya blh kak,
🌼bahan :
- cocoa powder 30 gr
- skimmed milk / low fat 80 ml
- gula 0 kal 5 pcs
🌼cara :
- campur cocoa dan gula 0 kal
- hangatkan skimmed milk jgn sampai mendidih ya kan susu gk blh dimasak mendidih.
- tuangkan skimmed milk perlahan2 ke cocoa td, aduk sampai rata
- jadi deh kak, simpan ditoples kedap udara.
Untuk ketahanannya aku mnta maaf bgtt blm uji coba

@larasati29, iya kak, itu chicken crispy ala diet kak, hehehe. Fyi yg orange itu wortel parut sisa bkin dimsum beberapa waktu lalu 😬, sama yg bulet2 itu kentang yaa bkn jengkol hehehe.

🌼bahan :
- dada ayam 100 gr
- oatmeal instan 20 gr
- putih telur dr 1 btr telur (ini jg gak habis)
- merica
- garam
- minyak goreng 1/2 sdt
🌼cara :
- marinasi ayam dgn garam dan merica, diamkan 5 mnt
- siapkan oatmeal
- kocok putih telur, celupkan ayam lalu Gulingkan kedalam oatmeal, simpan di freezer selama 15 mnt supaya oatmeal nempel
- olesi wajan dgn minyak, pan Ayam dgn menggunakan api paling kecil sambil ditutup agar matang merata, bulak balik supaya matang 2 sisi
