Mall-walked at lunch today - one complete circuit is .75 miles, I did two for 1.5 miles, 80% at a fast clip and 20% in cool-down mode. Would have done more but only had 30 minutes left of my lunch hour and had to get back to work. Felt good ! And I have no excuse not to do this - I work here.....so, I'm going to commit to 3 days out of 5 and try for more if I can work them into the day. I would like to do a 5K WALK on March 15 and this will be good conditioning.
