As suggested, by my buddies, I'm easing back into logging my food again, starting today. It use to come naturally, as I was doing it everyday, but now it will take some effort, just to remember to get it done, but I know tracking is the only way to be cognizant of what you are consuming. It's also the only way to know where to make corrections, or where you are doing something right. This first day's entries won't be totally accurate, as I'm still finishing up a few stray, high carb items, but tomorrow will be exactly what I've eaten. I'm trying to keep it simple, at first, before branching out into some of my more elaborate breakfast, lunch and dinner combinations. Gotta keep it interesting. Have a great day everyone. :-)
