Thursday weigh in day. Only 1 opps day over past 2 weeks. The focus on the goal and the reason for it are still pretty strong... only have 46 more days to go

221 is a great number, It represents where I was 13 years ago when my oldest son got married. It was my number I chose when he got engaged and I was well over he 260 mark. (263ish). It was the number that I was at when I started training for my first Ironman Triathalon.

It reminds me that I can maintain a set weight and get course corrections as necessary.

Next up, Blood work to make sure the insides are on track,

Never give in, never give up, and always come back from oppeses.
