Active 2 kicked my butt. Did only 60% of all the workouts on medium. I adjusted to easy for next workout b/c I get anxious when I cant control my breathing. My husband likes the workouts and said maybe he will try it. He doesnt need to loose weight but wants to be active. I feel sick but I guess that is a good thing.
