Cherry bakewell oats, inspired by someone posting it here but can’t remember who! Made it last night and the kids already polished loads off assuming it was a cake. 220 cals

This looks amazing 🤩 do you use dried cherries?

I used cherry jam! I followed this recipe (x4, which makes 8 portions really): https://oatpantry.com/cherry-bakewell-tart-baked-oats/
I added a bit of vanilla and almond essence too.
Pinch of nom do one too using sweetener and fat free yoghurt but I prefer not to use those as cooking for a family and I don’t think they’re a good habit for teenage girls to get into. There is also a non-baked overnight version online.

that looks more cakey than the one from pinch of nom. looks like I'll be checking out the oat pantry website X

Thank you! This recipe sounds delicious. I’ll have to get some jam and give it a try 😋
