I am going to say I am doing poorly on my diet because my calorie intake is too high. My food choices are better and I think they make my body more efficient, however I think I can get in the same nutrients without as much.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
