The scale was odd this morning and gave me two readings almost a kilo apart. I’ve gone with the heavier one as it’s been a really strange week for weight fluctuations. After a long plateau I went up by two kilos over two days this weekend. I’m on plan and have lost another cm off my waist so not worried. I suspect white sliced bread caused it. Not necessarily an allergy or intolerance but a bloating reaction. I haven’t had any sliced bread in months and then last week had 4 slices in 2 days. Anyone else got food that doesn’t work so well for them?

🍕, I can eat one slice, stay under calories for the day, and will still bloat and gain a pound overnight, it also sticks around for 48 hours.

Ha! So weird isn’t it! Sourdough doesn’t have the same effect on me at all.
