Brina, first I hope that you start feeling better soon. Being sick makes it so hard to eat properly. I looked at your food diary, but it isn't complete so I can't really see if there is something that could be stalling you. I do know that not eating enough will cause the weight loss to stall. You need to be eating at least 1400 calories a day with a ratio of 65-70% fat, 20-25% protein, and 5-10% carbs. Also if you are using any of the Atkins bars or shakes, they can cause you to stall due to the sugar alcohols. Hope that this helps.
