I didn't give up but I didn't stay strict to what I had done the last 7 days. Friday and Saturday I didn't track my food -- both days eating pasta and drinking red wine. I weighed myself this morning and found I gained 1 pound and I can live with that. Today I'm back to tracking and staying the course. I'm proud that I didn't go completely off the rails in that when I've strayed from a process I usually take the "oh, I've blown it approach" and I didn't do that this time. I was still careful about my choices, opting for vegetarian, and didn't fall victim to my old ways. I look forward to incoporating exercise into this week!

You sure know how to, as they say (and I know I have heard you say :-), "pick yourself up and dust yourself off". Should be interesting to see how we both do on the vacations that we have planned for this year. I had a rocky first week but feel like it is going to get better. Thanks again for doing this with me and setting such a good example!
