aku diet tetap pakai defisit kalori kak dulu aku sempat 108/110 bergelambir banget aku ke 99 turun lama tp aku ga bergantung pada timbangan. yang aku pantau selalu lingkar bdn pakai meteran gtu.
makan tetap nasi dan lauk masakan rumah seperti biasa msh makan gorengan tp ada batasan. cmiwww
