Have finally lost a tiny bit. Started taking Chromium Picolinate 3 days ago and I wonder if that is helping.

I calculated the weight of the food I ate all day yesterday and was surprised - 370g - not even 1 lb of food! Around 700 cal. Have been doing that since January 13th and not really losing as fast as I thought I would although have only started weighing mysef over the last couple of days. I don't think 700 is enough. evey though I am not hungy.

So I Googled "eating 700 calories a day and not hungry" and found that I'm not doing myself any favours nutrition-wise and may even be in starvation mode. I've always been a tiny eater and have not had any weight on me until the last 4 years and since my back was broken. Now I am so sedentay and, although not eating much and eating healthily, still spreading.

Read Dr John Briffa's "Escape the Diet Trap" last night. I found it by googling "Is 700 calories a day healthy?" Well, seems like it's not enough for good nutrition and I don't want to lose any more muscle so I will try eating more if can but it terrifies me that I will get fatter.

Well now it's after dinner. I did have good intentions to eat more but haven't. Just finished my homemade chicken soup and I am sooo full.

Realized my fats were a bit down so decided to have a dark chocolate, walnut and coconut mix. The carbs look a bit high today but realised they are mostly from vegetables so really don't count (I hope)
