Setting up the new treadmill today since it is too darn cold to be outside much. Pretty excited. Also, I will be switching to a standing desk as soon as it gets delivered.

I am beyond disappointed in myself for my complete lack of discipline and my weight gain. I am up 108 lbs from where I was in 2015. 111 was too small, though and my new goal is a much more reasonable 128 by my 50th birthday. That gives me almost a year. Wish me luck!
