Turns out the chicken I bought for Sunday didn’t have long enough on the best before, so I had to cook it today on a fast 800 day midweek. Oops! Happy accident as Bob Ross would say. I used Tony Singh’s delicious marinade with ginger & turmeric.

the skins the best part. I've had to stop cooking chicken with the skin on cos I can't resist eating it lol.
