Today is the first day of the weight loss journey.. I am in a weight loss challenge with 5 other people at our local YMCA...Weighted in at 10:30am. 5:00 I am a little sad that I can not have an alcohol drink.. But what I can have is a club soda with lime.. Which I will go have now...be back

lol. good luck w/ your journey!!! cutting the alcohol does help, but its still possible to lose if you don't. why are you cutting it out? just wondering
