why is it I have been dieting for over a month and have in fact not lost any weight but actual gained some? we have cut out so many of the fatty food we once ate we cut out soda we are working out cutting out sugar all together the last of the gummy bears are gone so no more sugar. but still I have gained weight and I don't know how I am hoping that by tracking what I eat that things will start to make sense to me. Today I start my belly dancing work out I am hoping that help with the weight loss we are still working on getting a treadmill they are really expensive for the weight I need them to be and right now I am the only full time bread winner for my house hold. on top of studding for my insurance license. busy life and I feel like I am going now were. I need to figure something out fast.

You are not alone. I eat very healthy (no sugar/no snacks/no dessert) and have been gaining. Even started eating more - but trial and error... gonna keep at it.
