Saturday Jan 15th..Anxious about breaking the 230's. Hopefully tomorrow. Tried to enter a new breakfast from SmartOnes and it is not in the data base. So had to improvise. I did not eat beef for breakfast, but did eat the calorie counts. Shit happens.,.I was s little sore from the exercise program yesterday. Still have a muscle here and there twitching from time to time. I am hungry and seem to have little control. I do believe that my body wants to go back to where it was.....!
