OK Today is back to exercises, a better watch on veggie carbs and actually the whole thing. Along with measurements, so when the scale isn't moving I'll know if the tape measure is.

Very happy with my BG numbers.

I had a mental lapse and got lost along the way with how long I have been, I guess monday Jan 10 was my first "official" day, but I did follow the WOE before deciding this was the one for me, which is actually when I lost the most. So to those of you whom I told I'd been on this for 3 weeks, or that is was my first day. I didn't mean to lie I just got confused. Dear Lord, confusion seems to happen so easily for me these days. I have it all straight in my head now.
