TRAINING: Stretch X

INJURES:
Lower back pain: Felt like 100% today. No soreness or weakness.
Left Knee: Discomfort in the inner left knee (Lateral Collateral ligament?) when doing the Back Hero pose but that pain has lessened since the last time I did Stretch X.

UPDATES:
Feel like I'm ready to get back to regular Muay Thai training this week.
