Today was a very emotional day for me. Just had a lot of stuff going on and lost my appetite for a lot of the day. I did have a birthday party to go to so I guess it was good that I had plenty of room to splurge on some pizza and a small piece of cake. I would say I had about 500-600 calories in pizza and I don't know about the cake, but it was a small piece. I'm completely positive that I came no where close to 1600 though. Hoping for a better tomorrow.
