Apparently the 4 pound loss got the best of me because I decided I could eat as much brown rice pasta as I wanted, along with two glasses of wine. I will have to figure out the damage tomorrow because I'm going to bed early -- two glasses really hit me hard! At least my meal was vegetarian and still I had more than have my calories to consume. I will follow the rule not to panic as I know this is hardly a fall from the wagon.
