I "kinda" started slim fast today. I say "kinda" because I found out real early I don't get enough carbs just eating the bars and drinking the shakes like they say. So I'm mixing it up a bit and sugar-wise it has been working well. I will know more next week, of course, but I think it will do just fine.8-)
