This a.m. I apparently hadn't had enough water & was possibly a bit dehydrated. I took my youngest to the dentist & before I knew it the room was spinning, I was cold, clamy and could barely tell which way was up. The Dr. said that the lack of water & possible dehydration lowered my bp, not a good thing. I must remember to start my day with h2o!

& Oh Yes...1 week without a cigarette! Now I need to get back to eating better. I haven't gained any weight back, but haven't lost a lot in the past week either. I'm still under my calories but have had to work my butt off at the gym, time for a new game plan!

I am glad you are feeling better and a big WHOOOO HOOOOO!!! on the no smoking. I definitely am grateful for you sharing your enlightening experience and will drink more water. Have a great weekend and take care of yourself.

Thank You. I am feeling much better. I knew better than going out before having enough water but was just in such a hurry, lesson learned for sure! Quitting smoking has been tough but I couldn't continue to abuse the temple that I've been given. I also couldn't say I'm gonna lose the weight & get healthy then smoke, that didn't make any sense to me. Now that it's been a week I need to focus on not giving into those food temptations in place of a cigarette. I'm still under calories but haven't been eating well or balanced at all. I did better with dinner tonight, we had pizza but it was homemade using wheat biscuits, low fat cheese, spinach and mushrooms. It is a sustainable meal, so I won't be hungry in an hour, only had 333 calories & even tasted good! I hope you have a wonderful weekend as well. Blessings to you.
