Weight is up today, but it's expected, as I worked out hard last night with some calisthenics. Staying hydrated today, and eating healthy!

Lunch was delicious. Lettuce, radish, carrots, pepperoncini peppers, black olives, and artichoke hearts on a whole wheat tortilla with red pepper hummus. Then an apple and peanut butter for dessert. I may have another wrap, as I'm still a bit hungry. Gotta calculate the calories first...

way to go! I'm just getting started and am trying to weigh only once a week. I get discouraged when I go up after being good.

It's probably TOM. I drank more water instead of caving into a second wrap, but I did have another wrap for dinner. :) Yum yum.
