I put fresh red chilli in the omelette, but the chilli crisp is a new condiment for me, Just trying it for the first time. It is really tasty (also has black beans and szechuan peppers in it).

Hey trytry, yes, it’s quite hard to describe in flavour and texture! Savoury, a bit spicy but not too much, crispy too. Really great little flavour bomb to liven things up!
