OK the weekend was terrible. My husband is a snowmoblier, and my best friends husband is also a snowmoblier and the two guys always go snowmobling for the day and we decided that Saturday we would bar hop with them following them around driving a truck, the whole day was a blast, but we all know what happens when ya drink all day, it leads to eating out all day then bad things happen to my body when I do that. Then on Sunday we had a Superbowl party at our house (GO STEELERS!!) and T.O.M. is here so I'm avoiding the scale till at least Wednesday. Between drinking, eating, and water weight gain it will probably still be ugly then, but hopefully not as bad. I also need to get moving my body more this week and drink more water. I am sitting here thinking what does she mean~~T.O.M.~~ then it dawned on me.~~Time of Month~~ Duh!!! I am a very young 66 but it has been a long time since I have had to deal with that stuff. Hysterectomy at 46 stopped it all. Yaaaaa! I do remember getting the munchies, eating everything in sight. I love your honesty, you had a blast this weekend, but its over and you are starting fresh. Maybe the night before you can write out some ideas for the next day, exercising and food? You will be fine.
