Almost everything is homemade now and I feel like when I put it in the food tracker it counts it as more then it actually is too! I just make sure to keep that in mind so when I look at the carb count I know it is most likely a little off haha! Sometimes I even put the portion size smaller on here to try and even out the count

I do the same thing with the portion sizes! Often I don't want to track things because I don't use salt when I cook and I use less butter and oil then they call for. I wanted to do this challenge because to me, clean eating is home made.

You can create your own recipes on here and then put in your own portion sizes. Good for you for entering everything. Even a guess is better than nothing!

I hear you on this there just aren't options for actual homemade things except to enter all the ingredients which is a pain. I've been entering some of my recipes but sometimes that part is so glitchy I just give up and pick a decent fairly equivalent brand...
