It's all a bit over the place at the mo to be honest.... one day I am starving and the next I'm not particularly hungry...my trainer says I should be eating more calories as I am now spinning 5 times a week and trx 1 a week and kettle bells 1 a week - but the guilt of eating lots is still hanging in there and I have to try and stop and remind myself that if I eat the right sort of calories and continue to exercise I should be fine...it is hard however to break the habits of a life time so I am now struggling with keeping my eating on an even keel which can be quite frustrating at times.
I have started eating a wider variety of foods again as I was getting a bit sick of roasted veg which I will steer clear of now for a while.
I'm also finding that the old 'weekend monsters' are creeping back in so I will be vigilant this weekend as got a biggie for valentines next week so I will try and get prepared in advance for what the other half has in store.
I also don't think I will ever be happy with myself as I have now started looking in the mirror and seeing a tummy tuck is needed as I have lost enough weight to see that there isn't much more to lose off my tummy and it is mostly skin left - luckily it's not bad (no curtains) but I don't think I will ever be satisfied.....
73.8 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
