michigan Mimi's Journal, 14 Jan 11

It's 4am Friday the 14th. I have lost 6.8 lbs in 2 weeks time. Weigh in today was the same as yesterday. Not dissatisfied about that. I kept inside the calorie count that FS set for me, but am not happy about not using will power last Night to reframe from eating pretzels and spinach dip. I did not drink all my water either. Julie, do not beat yourself up. Come on now, Girl, get the brain right. It's alright to eat that snack, but at the correct time of day, not before bed!! Good Girl, you have it now.
I did good at the restaraunt yesterday; grilled fish, salad w/fat free dressing, beets and mashed spuds (which I dd not eat all of the spuds) and a whole wheat role. Today will be a challange at the Senior Citizen's Luncheon. I have no problem refusing desserts, it will be the turdey dressing and gravy that will be tempting. I have not been eating gravy, for it has no value at all and dressing is fat ladden bread. I will do great. I am going with gal pals to the Senior's Exercise Class for the first time. I hope they like it, so we can continue to go.
3 hrs later; I need to step up this program, for I went over my weight chart and noticed that 3 days out of 14 I gained. The need for water is important.
Gal pals and I did go to exercise and lunch...No more lunch's at the Senior's, for the calorie count was high. Gravy and almost everything. I scooped all that I could. The exercise was challanging. I almost took a break at the end of the first tape. I did sweat. I think it will get easier the longer I go. If the pals do not go I will continue to work out at home. My muscles are sore today. When I do Richard tape there is no pain. He just does cardio and no muscle control. Today is a good day. My calorie count is goo.
I do believe that I lost all the water and bloat and now I am down to losing the fat, which will take longer to lose. So I do not think I will be lossing as many lbs a week like I have done. That's alright I am in the next stage of this journey. I did get a nap after coming home from the Senior's. :-D
