I'm going to try this journal thing more often. It's difficult for me to put my thoughts down in writing, always has been...I am feeling pretty down today. I don't really have a reason, just feel yucky. I didn't go to the gym today, maybe that's why. Trying something new tomorrow, hopefully it will help me get out of this funk. It's called Groove, and it's dancing...I enjoy dancing, makes me feel alive. Well I've been eating a little better over all, and physically I feel better, My husband says he noticed that my face has thinned out a lot, that made me feel good. Well I guess thats all folks.....

Boy we all have those down times....it seems to be a part of life and it can be so difficult to deal with. Hope that the new exercise routine helps you. Journaling on a regular basis might too. Hugs!

Like Stef said, we all go through some times when we're just in a down mood. The good thing is that you're looking for other ways to deal with the mood, like journaling and getting a new exercise routine, rather than eating foods off-plan. Good for you. Things will look better and brighter in the morning.

I always look really silly dancing as have to left feet! Always falling over or some thing! Lol hope you feel better soon as everyone above said we all feel that way from time to time!
