I'm going to try this journal thing more often. It's difficult for me to put my thoughts down in writing, always has been...I am feeling pretty down today. I don't really have a reason, just feel yucky. I didn't go to the gym today, maybe that's why. Trying something new tomorrow, hopefully it will help me get out of this funk. It's called Groove, and it's dancing...I enjoy dancing, makes me feel alive. Well I've been eating a little better over all, and physically I feel better, My husband says he noticed that my face has thinned out a lot, that made me feel good.
